Activation: A custom-built environment giving customers visiting the factory a preview of Bentley’s new designs, concepts and technologies in extraordinary surroundings.
Results: Since the EXP Development Lab opened last summer over 200 key customers have ‘shared’ with Bentley, and as a direct result the new Bentley stereo system is in the process of being re-designed. By recording the sessions, Bentley are building up a resource of customer insights for which to base future designs and innovation on.
